distance. An iceberg could flip or disintegrate at any time capsizing your
vessel. H. Collingwood & Co along with Canadian Iceberg Vodka Corporation are
not responible for any injuries, accidents or any other incidents occuring while
taking your photographs. Please be careful. |

All contestants must be 19 years of age or older; |

3. |
All contestants must be living in Canada; |
|
4. |
Contestants will be automatically disqualified for uploading Copyrighted material.
The photos will be removed once it has been brought to our attention that they are
copyrighted.
All photos must have been taken by the applicant; |

5. |
Upload photographs of Icebergs only. All other photographs will be rejected.
All photos becomes the property of H Collingwood & Co. and
Canadian Iceberg Vodka Corporation and
may be used in any promotions or other materials as they see fit. Photos cannot be returned to the applicant; |

All entrys must be received on or before the
contest closing date of July 15, 2009 at 4:30 PM
(-3:30 GMT). All entrys recieved after this date will
not be eligible. |

You can enter more than once but you must upload a unique photo every time you enter; |

Have fun with those cameras! |

Judging will be based on the the picture quality and uniqueness. For example: a
5 to 10 Megapixel photo would be better than a Cell phone photo.
